When ready you need to:
  1. Collect your thumb drive from your tray
  2. If you havent already had your photo taken go and see the teacher to have your photo taken.
  3. Wait for the teacher to paste the photo onto your thumbdrive.
  4. Insert your thumbdrive into your computer and copy the photo into the file which your other photos have been stored (preferably on your flashdrive)
